Sweet Mallows started with one copper pot and a stubborn belief that a marshmallow should taste like something. We still make every batch the slow way — cooking sugar to the exact soft-ball second, folding in real ingredients, then letting each tray set overnight before it's hand-cut with a warm blade and dusted by hand.
